Built in 1902, the 29,544-square-foot, three-story building is, according to city real estate records, owned by the Branch Banking & Trust Co. (BB&T), which is headquartered in Winston-Salem, N.C. WINCHESTER — Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc., Valley Health Urgent Care and a national grocery store anchor will soon be coming to the Rutherford Crossing shopping center located near the intersection of Interstate 81 and Martinsburg Pike (U.S. 11). 

According to a news release from NV Retail, the Vienna-based company developing Rutherford Crossing, the new retailers are expected to begin construction in 2017 as part of the second phase of Rutherford Crossing. 

The first phase of Rutherford Crossing had been active since 2007, and includes Party City, McDonald’s, Chick-Fil-A, Texas Roadhouse, Lowe’s, Target and Petsmart.   READ MORE
